Raw Material Inspection:We carefully select qualified suppliers and inspect all incoming raw materials, including film base materials and coating materials, to ensure stable performance, consistency, and full traceability before production starts.

Product Design Check: Before mass production, each product structure and specification is reviewed and tested to ensure it meets medical imaging requirements such as image clarity, density stability, and printer compatibility.

Sample Testing & Approval: We provide pre-production samples for customers to test printing performance, image quality, and packaging details. Production only starts after full customer confirmation.

Production Quality Control: During production, we carry out continuous in-line inspections, including coating uniformity, thickness control, size accuracy, and surface quality to ensure stable batch-to-batch consistency.

Final Product Inspection: Each finished batch is fully inspected, including visual check, imaging performance testing, and packaging verification, to ensure every product meets internal quality standards before shipment.

Safe Packaging: We use reinforced export packaging, moisture-proof materials, and shock-resistant protection to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage during long-distance shipping.

Shipping & Documentation: We arrange timely shipment based on customer requirements and provide complete export documents, including packing list, invoice, and shipping documents to support smooth customs clearance.
