A: The shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place (below 25°C).

Q: How do you protect the film during long-distance sea freight?

A: We use moisture-proof aluminum foil bags and reinforced 5-layer corrugated cartons. For high-temperature regions, we recommend air freight or temperature-controlled containers.

Q: Do you provide the technical parameters (Gamma curves) for setup?
